What's Included in your FSBO Marketing Package

1. Your ad will expire after one year (unless extended after the initial term for $29.95 per year) or when sold, taken off the market, or you enter into an exclusive right to sell listing with a broker, whichever comes first. We asked our customers to keep us informed by phone or email when one of these changes occurs. The fee is $249.95 for one year.
2. Complete description of your property, including unlimited narrative description.
3. Attractive, professional yard sign, InfoPak Box, and directional sign with your phone number and our attractive web site logo.
4. Twelve color photographs for your web page. Additionally, building sketch and plat map can be added to your ad. Pictures may be uploaded by property seller at any time or we will put them in for you. Existing pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost. Note: Pictures are imperative. The ads with pictures generate more activity. They can be snapshots or digital. We can scan and upload them for you. (If you e-mail them to us use jpeg and please don't embed in a Word document.)
5. A building sketch and plat map can be added to your ad.
6. Real estate forms (Purchase Agreement, Seller's Disclosure, Lead Base Paint Disclosure, Negotiation Work Sheet, and an Addendum to Real Estate Sale Contract) in hard copy and downloadable off the web site (lead brochure downloadable only).
7. Information for sellers and buyers on the 'for sale by owner' process.
8. Free ads of as many open houses as you want.
9. Ready-to-go printable flyers of your ad, with pictures.
10. Unlimited real time changes to your website ad. Instantly change your selling price, contact information, description, open house ad, pictures, or any other aspect of your ad through convenient user forms on our website (or we will do the changes for you).
11. Spam protected e-mail contact form to prevent web robots from harvesting your email address from our website.

Additional Marketing products/services and Real Estate Services (Listing In RMLS, Broker Assistant Transactions, Appraisal Consultations through Lilly Real Estate, Inc.) are available for an additional cost.  Counties in Eastern Oregon that are members of RMLS are Baker, Gilliam, Hood River, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Wasco.
