Service Agreement

Welcome to Real Estate Eastern Oregon. We offer a forum for FSBO sellers, representing neither the buyer nor the seller. Please take a moment to review and understand this Service Agreement.

SERVICE

A one-time fee of $249.95 includes: a one year ad on our web site (extendable after initial term for $29.95/year), yard sign, flyer box, and directional sign. The term expires on this one time fee: when the initial one year expires, the property is taken off the market, an exclusive right to sell listing is given to a broker, or closing the sale of your property (whichever occurs first). Additional marketing products/services may be purchased for a separate cost.

Ads are for one property only and are non-transferable.
Owner is responsible for the accuracy of all information posted on Real Estate Eastern Oregon website. Any owner deliberately misrepresenting their property will be asked to change the inaccuracy. Refusing to do so will result in termination of the listing.
No warranty of any kind is implied or provided.
No refunds are given, due to all expenses being incurred during the first week of a new ad.
Any user submitting a bad check or credit card will be charged a fee of $25 and may be unable to access Real Estate Eastern Oregon website in the future.

SIGNS – FLYER BOXES – DIRECTIONAL SIGN

Our fee includes the purchase of a sturdy, professional-looking FSBO sign, flyer box, and directional sign. You are responsible for installing these in an appropriate, safe, and legal location. Property owners agree to:

If a seller enters into an exclusive right to sell agreement with a broker then our sign needs to be removed and the property ad on our website needs to be removed. Ad and sign can remain in place if seller enters into an exclusive agency listing agreement or open listing agreement.
