About Us

In 1980 Lilly Real Estate, Inc. began operations as an appraisal and brokerage firm in La Grande, Oregon. We are a husband and wife team, who own and operate Lilly Real Estate, Inc.  Andy has been a licensed real estate broker since 1976. He is a State Certified General Appraiser and also a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI and SRA designations. Verda is the office manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics degree.  We are both Eastern Oregon natives. Andy was born and raised in La Grande. Verda was raised in Rufus and Boardman. Both of us are Eastern Oregon University graduates.

In 2000 we started lillyrealestate.com, a local website dedicated to local real estate information and services. Soon it became apparent most of our customers were sellers who wanted to market their properties without a broker (FSBOs). As a result we decided to concentrate our real estate marketing business in this direction some time ago. During the last seven years our business has steadily grown and our website has become the most recognized real estate website in Union County. 

We have provided needed services and products to our local FSBO customers for many years. We believe there is a regional need for these services and products. With the success of our local FSBO website and services we decided to expand our coverage area to all of Eastern Oregon and started our new website RealEstateEasternOregon.com.
